Our Testimonials

Insights from global leaders on dialogue, tolerance, and coexistence

The conference reflects the UAE's firm commitment to fostering dialogue and understanding among different cultures and religions. We appreciate the efforts of the Emirates Scholar Center in providing a platform for academic research that promotes peace

H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan
(Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence)

We want religions as a part of the solution, not the problem. Religions are a great power that can be a bridge for communication between people. Without tolerance of others, wars will occur

H.E. Shaykh Abdalla Bin Bayyah
(Chairman of the UAE Fatwa Council and Head of the Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace)

The International Conference on Dialogue of Civilizations and Tolerance (IDCT) is a global platform where science meets humanity. We aim to transform the concept of tolerance from a general idea into research-backed strategies that benefit the entire world

H.E. Dr. Abdulla Belhaif Al Nuaimi
(Chairman of the Sharjah Consultative Council and Chancellor of the Emirates Scholar Center)

Tolerance must be more than just a slogan; it must be integrated into our educational systems and digital platforms to combat extremism

Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi
(chairman of the Defense, Interior, and Foreign Affairs Committee)

The involvement of researchers and scholars is essential to translate the Document on Human Fraternity into a practical social reality

Judge Mohamed Abdelsalam
(Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders)

Engagement with religious leaders is crucial for sustainable peace

Dr. Mohamed Elsanousi
(Executive Director of the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers)

Increasingly it is youth who are recognizing that the human race is one and its populations are interdependent. Platforms like this allow us to see how we can empower them to lead social change

Dr. David Rutstein
Secretary-General of the Bahá'í International Community

Tolerance is not just a virtue; it is a necessity for global stability. Scientific research must lead the way in embedding these values within the daily behavior of societies

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali
(CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory)

We do not make one individual better than another. We are all equal before God. We are all brothers and sisters. And we should treat each other with kindness, respect, and love

Elder David A. Bednar
(Member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)

The Document on Human Fraternity serves as a global roadmap, and conferences like this are essential to implement its principles
