H.E Abdulla Ismail Al Kamali serves as the Executive Director of the People of Determination Sector at the Zayed Authority, where he leads the development and implementation of an integrated ecosystem that empowers People of Determination across Abu Dhabi. He is the Deputy Chair of the Abu Dhabi People of Determination Strategy Committee, and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the UAE Unified Sign Language Dictionary, a landmark national initiative supporting communication and inclusion for the Deaf community. HE Al Kamali has chaired multiple specialized committees overseeing policy development, standards, and empowerment programs, and is a certified judge for the Khalifa Award for Education – People of Determination Category. He also serves as a member of the advisory boards of several universities in the UAE. He brings extensive experience in organizing international para-sport championships and in building strategic partnerships that strengthen inclusion, elevate service quality, and position the UAE as a leading global hub for People of Determination initiatives.
