Mohamed Burhan is the CEO of CNBC Arabia, a position he has held since 2010. Under his leadership, CNBC Arabia has established itself as the Arab world’s leading and only 24-hour coverage of regional and international economic affairs from an Arab perspective. A veteran journalist with more than 30 years of experience, Burhan has built a distinguished career in Arab media, creating, producing, and presenting television documentaries and programs across major regional platforms, including Dubai TV and Sharjah TV. His work reflects a deep engagement with political, economic, and cultural issues shaping the Arab world. In parallel with his broadcasting career, he has published numerous articles and analytical studies in prominent newspapers such as Al Khaleej, Al Bayan, and Al-Quds Al-Arabi, focusing on political and cultural affairs. An avid reader and passionate writer, Burhan has authored several literary and academic works. His first book, Historical Drama, is an academic study on dramatic writing. He later published collections of short stories and poetry, including Incomplete Texts and Taste of Lightness, A Bird from the Battlefront: Reflections from war-torn Syria as well as novels such as Priest of Sin, Apothecary of Hearts, House of Hatred.
