Lorenzo Cesa has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2006, re-elected in 2022 representing the Noi Moderati-UDC party. He is a member of the Transport, Post and Telecommunications Committee. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and he is currently the Head of Delegation. He is a member of the Political Committee. Since 2005, he has served as Secretary of the Union of the Centre party (UDC). He was a Member of the European Parliament for two terms (2004-2006 and 2014-2019), serving as Vice President of the EPP Group. He was also a member of the Parliamentary Assemblies of the Council of Europe, the Western European Union and the Union for the Mediterranean. Lorenzo Cesa was born in Arcinazzo Romano on 16 August 1951.
