IDCT 2026 takes place from 3 to 5 June 2026 at Space42 Arena, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Space42 Arena is a state-of-the-art 2,500 m² indoor event venue with world-class facilities, 15-metre ceilings, and 1,000+ on-site parking spaces.
Yes — the Standard Pass is completely free. It includes full access to the Exhibition Area & Innovation Pavilion, all Main Platform plenary sessions, the Dialogue Hall open sessions, and all entertainment and cultural programmes across all three days. No payment or credit card is required to register.
The Executive Pass ($80) includes everything in the Standard Pass, plus: priority fast-track registration and check-in, reserved priority seating at all sessions, access to dedicated networking sessions, a conference kit with official materials, and an official Participation Certificate issued by the Emirates Scholar Center for Research & Studies.
The VIP Pass ($1,200) provides the complete elevated conference experience. Yes. All registered delegates are welcome to submit manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication in the official IDCT Conference Proceedings. Accepted papers receive a DOI number via CrossRef and are submitted for indexing in Google Scholar. Selected papers may also be published in special issues of internationally indexed journals.
