Conference Floor Plan
The detailed venue map showing all three pavilions, registration, prayer rooms, networking lounges, and the innovation pavilion will be published closer to the event date.
Languages & Translation
The conference is conducted in English and Arabic. Simultaneous interpretation is available across all three pavilions. Please collect your headset at the registration desk on arrival.
Registration & Badges
The registration desk opens at 8:30 AM daily. Please carry your conference badge at all times — it grants access to all sessions, the networking lounge, and the innovation pavilion.
Prayer Rooms
Dedicated prayer rooms for both men and women are located adjacent to each pavilion. Designated prayer breaks are observed during programme intermissions.
Punctuality
Sessions begin on time. We recommend arriving at your chosen pavilion 5 minutes before each session. Doors close after sessions begin to minimise disruption.
Dress Code
Business or business-formal attire is recommended. National dress is welcomed and appreciated. Please dress with respect for the conference's cultural and interfaith character.
Networking
Connect with delegates throughout the day at the networking lounge and during scheduled coffee & lunch breaks. The conference app — launching closer to the event — will help you schedule meetings.
Photography & Media
The conference will be photographed and recorded for institutional and broadcast purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used. Press credentials are issued at the dedicated media desk.
On-site Support
Conference hosts in branded attire are stationed at every pavilion to assist with directions, accessibility, and any queries. Look for the welcome desk in the main lobby for general assistance.

The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible with step-free routes to all pavilions. If you require any accommodation, please notify the registration desk on arrival or contact us in advance.
