Dr. iur. Avraham Weber, LL.M., is an internationally recognized Israeli attorney, legal scholar, and government advisor specializing in German and European law, interstate negotiations, and Holocaust-era property restitution. Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2000, he manages a private practice at Weber & Co. Advocates, chairs bilateral trade initiatives, and splits his time as an Adjunct Assistant Professor across Yeshiva University (NY), Reichmann University (Israel), and Philipps University of Marburg (Germany). Since 2008, Dr. Weber has served as the chief consultant to the Israeli government for property restitution negotiations, serves as a board member of the German Federal EVZ Foundation, and sits as a Federal Arbitrator on the German Looted Art Arbitration Court in Berlin—efforts for which he was awarded Germany’s prestigious Bundesverdienstkreuz (Federal Cross of Merit) in 2024.
