Dr. Fatima Abdullah Al Hammadi is an Emirati social expert with a PhD in Applied Sociology specializing in Development Policies from the University of Sharjah. She currently serves as a Social Expert at the Family Development Foundation in Abu Dhabi.

She has extensive experience in social development, strategic planning, child and youth empowerment, and community program management. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions including Head of Child and Youth Skills Development and Head of Awareness and Educational Programs Development at the Dubai Police General Headquarters.

Al Hammadi has led and contributed to numerous national initiatives and projects focused on family stability, youth empowerment, social policy development, and community resilience. She has also played a key role in designing and implementing programs related to marriage preparation, youth empowerment, and family development in collaboration with national institutions.

She is an active speaker and trainer in local and international conferences and forums, focusing on family issues, youth development, and social awareness. She has also participated in multiple national and international delegations and advisory committees, contributing to policy development and community innovation initiatives in the UAE.

She has over 20 years of experience in social development, strategic management, and community empowerment.
