H.E Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti has been the head of cybersecurity for the UAE government since July 2020 and the Executive Advisor to the Supreme Council for National Security. He is the Executive Director of the National Electronic Security Authority, in addition to being a consultant in the field of analysis and cybersecurity within the Authority itself. Dr. Mohammad AlKuwaiti joined it in 2013 and assumed the position of Executive Director of Government Operations. He also held the position of chief technical analyst in the UAE Ministry of Interior.

Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti holds a PhD in computer engineering and Network security from George Washington University, USA, and a Master in Communications and Computer Networks, in addition to a Master in International and Civil Security.
