H.E. Muna Khalifa Hammad is a Member of the Federal National Council representing the Emirate of Dubai, and Founder and Director of Al-Alamni Center for Management Consulting and Training. She is a certified human resources consultant, institutional trainer, and lecturer in management, institutional excellence, and social responsibility, with specialization in disability inclusion and corporate governance standards, including ISO 26000.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Dubai Club for People of Determination and the Emirates Genetic Diseases Association, and is an honorary member of the Thank You for Giving Program. She has contributed to national policy development, including Dubai Municipality’s strategy for people of determination, and brings over 28 years of experience in strategic planning, institutional excellence, and human resource development.

H.E. Muna has delivered numerous lectures and consultations locally and internationally and has received several honors, including the UN Ambassador for Community Partnership title (2022), Ambassador of Peace and Goodwill (2020), and the Hamdan Award for Distinguished Academic Performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the United Arab Emirates University, along with multiple diplomas and international certifications in social responsibility and institutional excellence.
