Jawhara Al Junibi is an Emirati youth leader and professional who serves as the Vice President of the Youth Council at the Zayed Authority for People of Determination. With several years of dedicated service within the organization, including her foundational role as a Project Management Office (PMO) Assistant, she leverages her professional background to champion inclusivity, social empowerment, and progressive community initiatives across Abu Dhabi. Through her leadership in the Youth Council, Al Junibi actively bridges the gap between the youth and decision-makers, driving high-impact integration programs—such as workforce development roundtables and universal design labels like the “Moayem” accessibility standard—to foster a barrier-free, sustainable society that ensures active community participation for all people of determination.
