Manel Mslami is a Belgian-Tunisian researcher and advisor on MENA affairs, gender equality, and counter-extremism at the European Parliament. She is a partner with UNESCO on climate change and frequently speaks at the UN and EU institutions, advocating for women’s rights, interfaith dialogue, and peace in the Middle East. She is President of the Liberal Women’s Section in Brussels and founder of the European Association for the Defense of Minorities. Msalmi has participated in delegations to Israel, the U.S. Congress, and the UK Parliament, promoting female leadership and combating antisemitism. She holds an MA in International Politics. In 2025, she co-organized the Brussels Forum and received the Global Peace Building Award.
