Notably, he spearheaded the creation of Asia’s first digital private bank and, as Global CIO of Wealth and Private Banking at HSBC, drove a global wealth technology transformation, prioritizing a cloud-first approach to modernize platforms across client segments. Currently, Manoj is the Global CIO at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), where he leads technology transformation, business digitization, and innovation to support ADIB’s vision of becoming the world’s leading Islamic bank.
