Mohamad Ali Hassan Ali Albloushi is a digital transformation and information technology leader with more than 16 years of experience in smart government services, AI, cybersecurity, IT management, and institutional excellence within the UAE government sector. He currently serves as Digital Systems Development Advisor and Manager of the Information Technology Section at the Ajman Tourism Development Department, where he leads digital transformation initiatives, smart services, data governance projects, and advanced IT infrastructure development. He played a key role in achieving the department’s Five-Star Rating under the UAE Global Star Rating System for Services and contributed to the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program. Throughout his career, he has led major projects in e-services, cybersecurity, system integration, AI-driven solutions, and government digital platforms, while also representing the department at GITEX Technology Exhibition for several years. Mohamad Albloushi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Technologies and a Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation Leadership, in addition to internationally recognized certifications including PMP, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). He has received multiple awards recognizing his contributions to digital innovation and government excellence in the UAE.
