Rachel Wagner Rosenzweig is the CEO and co-founder of FemForward, an initiative dedicated to advancing Arab and Jewish women in tech while fostering cross-cultural collaboration across Israel and the MENA region. Since its founding in 2020, FemForward has graduated over 270 women through its programs, addressing the “broken rung” challenge by supporting women in their transition into first-time management roles. The initiative is supported by the Israel Innovation Authority and leading global tech companies, including LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft, and is expanding its activities across the MENA region. In addition to her leadership at FemForward, Rachel serves on the board of Made in JLM, previously co-founded the CTO Club of Jerusalem, and led the community platform HappyHourJLM. In 2023, she was recognized as one of “48 Israelis Shaping Israel” by Israel21c.
