Rina Naor is a social impact entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the tech industry, driven by a strong commitment to fostering understanding and collaboration between communities. With a background in Computer Science and Gerontology, and a track record of founding three startups, she brings extensive expertise in product development, business development, and market strategy. Her work is centered on building bridges between Arab and Jewish communities, with a particular focus on sustainable, community-based initiatives. Most recently, she has been leading an emergency relief program, Gaza’s Women’s Center of Hope, in her role as Chief Partnerships Officer. The initiative provides vulnerable women with continuous access to support, skills development, and stability, offering training in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership to promote long-term economic independence.
