Salwa Abu Kashef is an experienced youth leadership professional currently serving as the Youth Relations Lead at WeAreMENA, where she drives regional partnership initiatives. Prior to this, she spent over a decade with NOAL (HaNoar HaOved VeHaLomed), where she held key leadership roles including Southern Region Director for Arab Branches, Rahat Branch Lead, and National Civil Service Coordinator. A dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and cross-cultural dialogue, she founded Indimāj, a national platform fostering integration and community building among Arab youth. She holds a B.A. in Health Systems Management alongside specialized training in group facilitation and women’s leadership.
