He currently serves as Head of Artificial Intelligence, Client Executive, and Customer Team Head at Nokia, where he leads major AI and digital initiatives across the Middle East and Africa.
Samer was part of the founding executive team of the UAE’s second national telecom operator, where he played a pivotal role in its launch and expansion. His leadership journey also includes serving as Director of Technology Strategy and Architecture at TELUS in Canada, where he spearheaded network modernization and digital transformation programs.
Renowned for his ability to bridge cutting-edge technology with practical business value, Samer has led large-scale programs in 5G, edge computing, cloud services, and AI.
