Tannya Jajal
CEO of AIDEN
Tannya Jajal is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and exponential educator who has been on a mission to bring human potential into the age of AI since she was eighteen years old – when Ray Kurzweil’s The Singularity Is Near left her with a question she has never stopped asking: now that AI exists to level us up, what does it mean to be a truly extraordinary human being?
She is the Founder and CEO of AIDEN, an AI education company building literacy programs across governments and schools in the UAE, US, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Qatar, and Brazil. At its heart is Socrates – an AI learning companion that brings the ancient art of questioning back to the classroom, designed to cultivate a generation of self-actualised humans who think deeply, seek boldly, and make the most of being alive.
Before founding AIDEN, Tannya studied at Brandeis University and spent six years at VMware, witnessing firsthand how intelligent systems reshape organisations from the inside out and becoming more convinced with every year that the most urgent question wasn’t about the machines at all.
She has spoken at 40+ conferences, including GITEX Global, LEAP, Web Summit, Abu Dhabi Finance Week, UNESCO Education Day, and the Global AI Show – one question driving every stage: we’ve spent billions making AI smarter. What does that free us to become? An ultramarathoner and relentless explorer, Tannya stretches the boundaries of mind and body in equal measure – and brings that same restless energy to every stage she stands on.
